Privacy
This page explains how WindMute handles your selected video, site events and hosting data.
Your selected video
Your video stays in the browser and is not uploaded. A temporary blob: URL lets your browser display the clip and read its duration. Video bytes, filenames and blob URLs are never sent to our server or included in analytics events. The selection is kept in memory for the current visit. Reloading or closing the page clears it.
Site events and analytics
The page records video_upload once per accepted file selection, queue_join with the selected plan on every reservation view, queue_wait_60s after a minute on the reservation, and bookmark_click when you open bookmark instructions.
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and the events above. Google Analytics may receive page and interaction data and use cookies such as _ga. Analytics never receives video data.
Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures page loads and page performance (such as load time, the page visited and the referring site); it is privacy-friendly, sets no cookies and never receives your video.
Visits with ?internal=1 are marked with traffic_type set to internal. A browser setting keeps this internal flag for later visits from the same browser.
Hosting
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Hosting requests include information used to deliver pages, such as the requested path and network metadata. Your selected video stays in your browser during these requests.
Your plan selection
Selecting a plan records your interest through a site event. Your plan choice and reservation state are kept in memory for the current visit.
